Returns must be in unopened packages, unless defective. You will not be refunded original shipping costs. Shipping on returns is the customers responsibility. Please contact us before returning any product. All returns must be returned to Precious Scrapbooking within 30 days of purchase. $10.00 restocking fee applies to all returns, with the exception of defective products. Defective products will be exchanged and we will cover Canada Post shipping costs for sending out the replaced product. Sorry, but NO pens or paper can be returned
